The inspiration for Solomon Tournour distillery began in 1977 when Chris Solomon found himself living and working in Switzerland.  He was immediately captivated by the quality and craftsmanship of their handcrafted local spirits, and began studying the art of distillation.  It wasn’t until 1999 that his dream of opening a distillery came to fruition.  He partnered with cousin Gil Tournour, a wine industry veteran, and purchased a small-lot alambic pot still.  Over the next decade Chris continued to refine and perfect his craft.  Today, his efforts are focused on producing the finest ultra-premium Gin available.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, bright, crisp notes of piney juniper, with hints of citrus and coriander.  A smooth and elegant palate of cinnamon and sweet citrus finishes clean and refreshing.
